He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Harold" McKinney and Lorene Donahue McKinney; his siblings, Vivian Pettit and Elbert Chester McKinney; and his daughter-in-law Linda Gail McKinney.
He is survived by: his wife Janette Gregory McKinney; his children, Terry McKinney of Morehead, Bert McKinney (Amber) of Florence, Patricia Williams of Morehead, Lorena LeBeau of Deluth Minnesota and Belinda McBean (Jim) of Bellefontaine, Ohio; and his brothers, Robert McKinney (Norma) of West Liberty and Burnel McKinney (Joyce) of Campton. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; and 15 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews; and other extended family and friends.
