Coffey Lewis; her spouse Francis Marion Callahan; her siblings, Lenora Beulah Lewis, Richard Enoch Lewis, Raymond Clinton Lewis, Herbert Ray Lewis, Delbert Otis Lewis and Calvin McKee "Mickey" Lewis; her parents-in-law, Willis Green Callahan and Mamie Collins Callahan; and her siblings-in-law, Ardell Darlington Lewis, Lillian Reynolds Lewis, Irene Kidd Lewis, Geraldine Perry Brown, Patricia Callahan Dearinger, Delbert Lee Callahan, Billy Richard Callahan, Garland Gene Perry, Edward Dale Callahan and Darrel Brent Callahan.
She is survived by: her sons, Joey Callahan (Christi) of Elizaville, KY and Kyle Callahan of Morehead, KY; her grandchildren, Zachary Ryan Callahan, Abigail Grace Callahan and Sarah Jo Callahan; her siblings, Anna Mae Lewis (Marion) of Dry Creek, KY, Marcella Bradford of Shepherdsville, KY, Marie Wisecup (Rick) of Fairborn, OH, Perry Roger Lewis of Shelby, OH, Carl Edward Lewis (Sue) of Kearnersville, NC, Talmadge Ray Lewis, Jr. (Debbie) of Georgetown, OH and David Austin Lewis (Joyce) of Dry Creek, KY; her brother-in-law Jack Perry of Flatgap, KY; and her niece Patty Lewis.
