He was predeceased by: his parents, Quiller Bentley and Lacie Vada Bentley; and his siblings, Lee Bentley, Earnest Bentley and Hazel Coldiron.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Sue Atkins Bentley; and his siblings, Sanford Bentley of Clearfield, Elijah Bentley of Winter Haven, Florida, Carolyn Adams (Mitchell) of Morehead and Stella Markwell of Clearfield. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and other extended family and friends.
