It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn Kay Hatcher of Morehead, Kentucky, born in Akron, Ohio, who passed away on February 13, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Lee Obney and Quena Faye Dempsie Nesbitt; her husband William A. Hatcher; her sons, David Wayne Hatcher, Bryan Dale Hatcher and Timothy Thomas Hatcher; her sister Donna Obney; and her stepfather Eugene Blake Nesbitt.
She is survived by: her children, William Hatcher (Kitty Cottrill) and Donna Cottrill of Morehead; her brother Dave Nesbitt of Brunswick; her cousin Shirley; and her friend Alta Cottrill. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
