He is survived by: his wife Kimberly "Bright Eyes" Easton Middleton; his children, Shane Ray Middleton (Amy) of Morehead and Kaycie M'Lyn Middleton Fields (Josh) of Ocilla, Georgia; his grandchildren, Maddisynn Middleton and Brantley Porter; his siblings, Brenda DeRossett (Michael) of Winchester, Jackie Middleton (Brenda) of Hillsboro and Lisa Masse (Durke) of Lexington; and his daughters, Jacki Botts of Salt Lick and Kristi Roberson of Salt Lick. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles; and other extended family and friends.
