He was predeceased by: his parents, Milburn Stevens and Evelean Stevens; and his brothers, Johnny Stevens and Charles Stevens. He is survived by: his grandson Ivory Stevens; his wife Debbie Lewis Royse; his children, Eldon Stevens Jr. (Jenny) of Morehead, Connie Stevens of Morehead and Evelyn Hall (Chris) of Muncie; his stepsons, Joshua Royse of Morehead, Kentucky., Shannon Royse (Jenny) of Morehead, Kentucky. and Donovan Royse of Morehead, Kentucky.; and his siblings, Robert Stevens (Ella) of Olive Hill, Scotty Stevens (Renea) of Morehead, Kentucky., Eddie Stevens (Karen) of Morehead, Kentucky., Janet Kegley (Tony) of West Liberty, Jean Spears of Sandy Hook and Dorothy Osborne (Rick) of Clearfield. He is also survived by Nine grandchildren along with a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
