He is survived by: his mother Sharon Gail Moore Martin of Dema, Kentucky; his wife Jacqueline "Jackie" Mosley Martin; his children, Paula Terry (Josh) of Morehead, Evan Martin (Annie) of Owingsville and Amanda Martin of Morehead; and his grandchildren, Ashley Dawn Terry, Christina Lynn Terry, Jamie Grace Terry and Olivander Wesley Martin. He is also survived by his family and hanging out with his grandchildren meant everything to Pappy.
