He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Ernest Clark and Zora Elizabeth Bloomfield Clark; his brothers, Douglas Clark and Wayne Clark; and his mother-in-law JoAnne Lewis Howell.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Howell Clark; his daughter Mindy Highley (Jeff) of Owingsville; his grandchildren, Zack Highley (Holly) and Emily Highley; his sisters, Christine Arnold of Garrison and Wilma Erwin (Roger) of Garrison; his father-in-law Bernard Howell of Morehead; and his sisters-in-law, Joan Clark of Garrison, Sue Gallenstein of Burlington and Diane Franklin of Burgaw, NC. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many, many friends.
