He is survived by: his children, Shana Colliver (John) of Montgomery County and Paul Thomas (Megan) of Morehead, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Kylee Cooper, Mallory Colliver, Brycen and Brecken Thomas; his siblings, Pam Arnett (Ova) of Midland, Kim Thomas (Jim) of Foxport, Tabatha Harmon (Jeff) of Wallingford, Kentucky, David Thomas (Cindy) of Morehead, Wade Thomas (Debbie) of Morehead and Rick Thomas (Kim) of Morehead; and his friend Walker Coonhound. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
