He is survived by: his wife Maxine Pence Pennington; his children, Debbie Price and Donald Brian Pennington (Susan) of Morehead; his grandchildren, Eric Price (Brinda), Tabitha Fraley (Brad), Nathan Pennington and Aaron Pennington; his great grandchildren, Owen and Cooper Stephens; and his brothers, Denvil Pennington of Morehead and Vanzil Pennington of Guysville, Ohio. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and other extended family and many friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Northcutt & Son Home For Funerals, Inc. (400 Fraley Dr, Morehead, KY 40351). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at the Pence Cemetery.
