She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul M. Wells and Clara "Faye" Adkins Wells; her siblings, Carol Adams, James and John Wells; and her stepdaughter Teresa Tackett.
She is survived by: her husband Bob Tackett; her daughters, Shelley Lykins (Larry), Sabrina Quesinberry (TJ May) and Tiffany Smedley (Jason); her stepsons, Mike Tackett and Bobby Jr. Tackett (Amy); her grandchildren, Jacob Smith, Jace Walling, James Earls and Kyndal Lykins; and her siblings, Paulette Haney (David), Janie Estep (Jerry), Linda Black (Bronson) and Doug Wells. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; other relatives; and friends.
