She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Sherwood McKenzie and Clara Nell Johnson McKenzie. She is survived by: her husband Justin D. Phillips; her daughter Justina "Tina" Logan (Kent) of Morehead; her grandchildren, Jesse Clark, Nick Logan, Colton Logan, Kaden Logan and Billy Logan (Anna); her great grandchildren, Nora Conn and Kamden Logan; and her siblings, Gary McKenzie (Nisi) of Olympia, Robert McKenzie (Rita) of Olympia, Dennis McKenzie (Cheryl) of Olympia, Mark McKenzie (Branita) of Owingsville, Marty McKenzie of Salt Lick, Greg McKenzie of Salt Lick, Cindy Cline (Randy) of Owingsville and Joan Becraft (Steve) of Olympia. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews; several aunts, uncles and other extended family.
