He is survived by: his parents, Donna Plank (James Collins) of Morehead and Vester Fultz (Carolyn) of Sandy Hook; his fiancé Tashina Little; his partner's children, MaKya Little and Adaleah Stanfill; his siblings, Tracey Ward (Tim) of West Liberty, Dr. Vanessa Flannery (Don) of Grayson, Brittany Fultz of Sandy Hook and Vester Lee Fultz II of Morgantown; his stepbrother Jeremy Sloan of Morehead; and his grandparents, Donnie and Anna Plank of Morehead. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
