She was predeceased by: her parents, Squire Hall and Susan Mabry Hall; her former husband Levi Sparks, Jr.; her son Rocky Wayne Sparks; her husband Robert Barker; and her siblings, Willis Hall, John Adkins, Charlie Adkins, Burl Adkins, Lucy Dobbs, Dona Adkins and Louise Fultz.
She is survived by: her children, Shirley Gallagher (William) of Richmond, Beverly Joan Nealis (Gerald) of Olympia, Rex Allen Sparks (Anita Sparks) of Stockton and Kevin Glen Barker of Salt Lick; her grandchildren, Audie Frances Highfield, Wendy Ann Wilson Newton, Jr., Wilson, Travis Sparks, Matthew Sparks, Sarah Beth Sparks Ebanks, John Edward Gallagher III and William Daniel Gallagher, Jr.; and her sisters, Jeanette Cole of St. John and Beulah Buckner of Mansfield, Ohio. She is also survived by 24 great grandchildren; and 9 great-great grandchildren.
