He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Evans; and his son Tristan Everhart. He is survived by: his father David Everhart (Denise Conley) of Winchester, KY; and his children, Skylar Everhart of Somerset, KY and Levi Rhoden of Indiana. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
