He was predeceased by: his parents, Ishmael Hall and Effie Mullins Hall; and his siblings, Charles Hall, Denver Hall, Rodney Hall, James Hall, Leon Hall, Millie Binion, Norma Koenig, Rosalee Mullins and Mable Doris Hall.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Cook Hall; his son Eric Cook (Tara); his siblings, Ishmael Hall Jr. (Brenda), Geneva Hall (Kenneth) and Jackie Hicks (Jerald); and his grandchildren, Braxton Bentley, Addyson Bentley and Brady Bentley. He is also survived by Loving Nieces, Nephews, Friends.
