He is survived by: his parents, James Grant Roe of Menifee County and Julia Dale Hughes; his stepfather Burnis Hughes of Morehead; his wife Julie Whittamore Roe; his children, Clarence Grant Roe II of Butler, Kentucky and Trinity Roe of Butler, Kentucky; his siblings, Bryan Roe of Sandy Hook, Jamie Roe of Morehead and Samantha Bush of Mt. Sterling; his fiancé Tiara Danckert; his partner's children, Briar and Amari of Morehead; and his close friend Rhonda Caudill of Morehead. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
