She is survived by: her parents, Brenda Shepherd of Salyersville and Virgil; her husband John C. "Jack" Collins; her son Joshua Adams (Amanda Laws) of Clearfield; her grandchildren, Nelliel and Decim; and her siblings, Allen Shepherd of Salyersville, Mark Shepherd of Prestonsburg and Marsha Shepherd of Martin. She is also survived by four nieces and nephews.
