He is survived by: his sisters, Fern Hamm, June Richards and Jewell Howard; his wife Juanita Oney Littleton; his children, Cephas Littleton, Jr. (Liz) of Morehead, Joseph Estill Littleton (Alisa) of Morehead, William Vaughan Littleton (Amanda) of Morehead and Deborah Ann Ishmael (Terry) of Hillsboro, Kentucky.; his siblings, Philip Littleton of Chillicothe, Ohio., Ponzell Helterbrand of Morehead and Teresa Helterbrand of Morehead; his grandchildren, Jason Littleton, Chuck Littleton, Katie Caudill, Emily Littleton, Brittany Littleton, MiKayla Winkleman, Austin Littleton, Abigail Ishmael, Audrey Ishmael, Avery Ishmael, Zachary Callahan and Abigail Callahan; his great grandchildren, Jaxon Littleton, Landon Martin, Layla Littleton, Alexander Caudill, Raina Williams, Emmitt Pergrem, Chloe Caniff, Carlee Winkleman and Alana Winkleman; and his nephew Eugene Hamm.
