He is survived by: his daughter Nancy Stevens (Newt); his grandson Jesse Burton; his great grandchildren, Hayden of Morehead, Parker of Morehead and Cameron Burton of Morehead; his stepgrandsons, Shawn Stevens (Bonnie), Christopher Stevens (Beth), Josh Stevens (Becki), Jason Stevens (Ashley), Timothy Stevens (Holly), Daniel Stevens and Jonathan Stevens (Tiffany); and his sister Connie Mason (David) of Ashland. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
