She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Howard and Mary Ava Conley Howard; and her siblings, Violet Daroci, Lillian, Margaret, Sharon Howard, Emil, Marvin, Clifton Howard and Lee Howard.
She is survived by: her husband Enoch "Dickie" Blair; her children, Melinda Sturgill (Greg) of Morehead and James Bodine (Beverly) of Enid, Oklahoma; her granddaughter Audra Isaacs (Derek) of Morehead; her great grandchildren, Alissa Grace Thomas and Madison Paige Isaac; and her siblings, Vivian Ross of Michigan, Florence Whitt of Morehead, Emerson of Morehead, Carl of Morehead and Melvin Howard of Morehead. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, extended family, and friends.
