She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Rigdon and Ruby Thomas Rigdon; her former husband Floyd "Bob" Walker; her husband James "Jim" Hosier; her great grandchild Karamu Thornton; and her siblings, Frank "Bill" Rigdon, Johnny Rigdon, Lonnie Rigdon (Bonnie) and Ilene Young (Raymond).
She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberly Rae Dickson (Dale) of Hendersonville and Dawn Beamon Walker (Joe) of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky; her stepchildren, James "Zeke" Hosier (Kimberly) of Morehead, Suzette Way (Kevin) of Pittsford and Holly Carpenter (Jim) of Hillsdale, Michigan; her siblings, Monnie Elter (Ronald), Wilma Smalley (Richard) of Wallingford, Marion Rigdon and Douglass Rigdon (Patricia) of Hillsboro; and her sisters-in-law, Loretta Rigdon and Sharon Rigdon. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, extended family, and friends.
