He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil "Tom" and Martha Butcher Sparkman. He is survived by: his wife Hazel Katherine Kidd Sparkman; his siblings, Garred Sparkman and Joyce Peluso; his children, Jerry Sparkman of Morehead and Sherri Wilson (Randy) of Morehead; his grandchildren, Miranda Wilson and Brian Wilson (Brandi); his great grandchildren, Josey Ferguson, Mallory Wilson, Abner Wilson and Caroline Wilson; his sisters, Judy Leasure of Danville and Hazel Stidom of Florida; his sister-in-law Sharon Sparkman of Clearfield; his pet Belle; and also, Shih Tzu and Helen Griggs of Morehead.
COVID-19 regulations as set forth by the state will be observed.
