He is survived by: his wife Debbie Gearhart Russell; his children, William Byrl Russell, Leanna Russell, Lisa Evans (Huey) and Wade Clevenger (Amy); and his siblings, E. M. Russell and Irene Pelfrey. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; extended family and friends.
