Gilliam of Richmond; his grandson Braxton Gilliam; his fiancée Kathy Wolfenbarger of Morehead; his siblings, Stephen Middleton, Harvey Middlton, Chris Middleton and Delenia Mayle of Olive Hill; his former wife Tammy Brown of Clearfield; his stepchildren, Ashlee Henderson, Keesha Henderson, Jennifer Kiser and Paul Kiser; and his stepgrandchildren, Brison Stamper, Kiara Kiser, Miley Curtis, Ashden Starostka, Hayden Ratliff and Greyson Henderson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and other extended family.
