He is survived by: his children, Briar Butler of Morehead, Kaysen Butler of Morehead, Lorielle Butler of Morehead and Hope Butler of Morehead; his siblings, Jeffrey Butler (Donna) of Olive Hill, Frankie Butler (Jill) of Morehead, Allen Butler (Cindy Sargent) of Morehead, Daniel Butler of Morehead and Melissa Butler of Morehead; and his brother-in-law Terry McKinney of Morehead. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, as well as extended family and friends.
