She is survived by: her children, Eddie Chapman (Mollie) and Etta Carol Chapman of Morehead; and her siblings, Sonny Wooten of Morehead, Charles Wooten of Morehead, David Wooten of New Castle, Indiana and Sharon Blevins of Morehead. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; and other extended family.
