She is survived by: her children, Judy Lewis (Herbie), Dennis Perry (Paula) of Morehead and Steve Perry (Angie) of Morehead; her brother Norman Utterback (Mary Kay) of Clearfield; and her caregivers, Valerie Utterback and Sherri Jackson. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
