He was predeceased by: his wife Jacqueline "Jackie" Blevins Smith; his son Beryl Wesley Smith; his granddaughter Megan Adkins; and his sister Laverle Baldridge. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Triplett, Carroll "Pete" Smith (Karen) and Jeffery Smith (Bonnie); his stepdaughter Martha Adkins; and his grandchildren, Matthew Adkins, Brittany Adkins, Holley Collins, William Johnson, Justin Smith, Joshuah Baldridge, Tyler Holstein (Felicia), Kristopher Baldridge, Kory Baldridge, Michael Smith, Tiffany Smith, Ashley Smith and Brandon Smith. He is also survived by 30 great-grandchildren; one great-granddaughter.
