She was predeceased by: her parents, Trace Brooks Hamilton and Rena Fraley Hamilton; her siblings, Reverend Kenny Hamilton, Vernon Leon Hamilton, Milton Eugene Hamilton and Helen Tanner; and her former husband Larry Gene "Buddy" Hamm.
She is survived by: her husband Arthur Goble Lawhorn; her son Kevin; her daughter-in-law Elizabeth Hamm of Auburn, Alabama; her granddaughter Emma Katherine Hamm; and her sister Mildred Parker of Morehead. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
