She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Owens and Barbara Sue Pernell Owens. She is survived by: her husband Carson Wayne Dailey; her sons, Carson Matthew Dailey of Olive Hill, KY and Jason Wayne Dailey of Olive Hill, KY; and her brother Jack Owens (Diane) of West Virginia.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Northcutt & Son Home For Funerals, Inc. (400 Fraley Dr, Morehead, KY 40351). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at the Ditney Cemetery (Cr-1154, Kentucky 40351).
