He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Elwood Warren and Delphia Faye Elliott Hickman. He is survived by: his children, Arnold Wayne Warren, Jr. (Denita) of Carter County, Zane Warren of Morehead and Tammy Collins (JR Mynhier) of Morehead; and his brothers, Walter Jerry Warren of Morehead, Terry Mitchell Warren (Phyllis) of Morehead and Jeff Warren (Debbie) of Elizaville. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

COVID-19 mandates will be observed.
