It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anthony Dirk Stevens of Morehead, Kentucky, born in Frenchburg, Kentucky, who passed away on September 17, 2024, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Anthony may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Anthony touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his father Phillip Andrew Stevens. He is survived by: his mother Marcella Summers Stevens of Morehead; his son Adam Levi Stevens of Lakewood, Ohio; and his brothers, William Stevens of Lexington, Jeffrey Stevens of Clearfield, Phillip Stevens of Morehead and Joey Stevens of Morehead. He is also survived by other extended family and friends.
