He is survived by: his children, Shylar Smith of Rossville, Kelli Mosher (Shannon) of Morehead, Kasey-Beth Smith Robinson (Tyler) of Morehead and Noah Martin of Morehead; his siblings, Tony "Red" Smith of Morehead and Lula Timms of Commerce, Georgia.; his uncle Ora Wagoner of Morehead; and his grandchildren, Jadiah Smith, Cain Saunders, Eli Padgett, Layla Robinson and Paisley Mosher.
