He is survived by: his parents, Ricky Shuler (Rebecca) of Clay City, Kentucky and Mellanie Jones Cornett (Joseph) of Morehead, Kentucky; his son Jaxson Shane Shuler of Morehead, Kentucky; his siblings, Jordan F. Shuler (Kayla) of Clay City, Kentucky, Sarah Cornett Reed (Devin) of Winchester, Makayla Fowler of Clay City, Kentucky and Kayla Marie Ruiz of Clay City, Kentucky; his grandparents, Dorrita Mullins and John Graston of Clay City, Kentucky; and his great-grandparent Nancy Jones of Clay City, Kentucky. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
