He is survived by: his wife Wilma Perkins Capps; his children, Lisa Padron (Carlos), Jimmy Capps (Jennifer) and April Tabor (Jonathan); his sister Helen Minton; and his grandchildren, Justin, Ella Tabor, Shanea, Logan Capps, Fancy, Ryan, Ronald Boyd, Carlotta, Ana Padron, William and Megan Neal. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and brothers and sisters-in-law.
