He is survived by: his wife Anna Lee Layne (Gibson); his sons, Timothy Layne (Tammy) of Carlisle, KY and Ricky Layne (Cathy) of Prestonsburg, KY; his stepdaughter Pamela Bradley (James) of Union, KY.; his sister Lena Adkins (Layne) of Huntington, WV; and his grandchildren, Timothy Darrell Layne of Carlisle, KY, Robin Coco of Carlisle, KY, Benjamin Layne of Carlisle, KY, Andrea Conlon of Independence, KY, Bridgett Smith of Union, KY, Zachary Layne of Drift, KY and Jenna Layne of Arlington, VA.. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
