He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond "Tom" Ida Mildred Bell and Humble; his significant other Pelba Bell; and his siblings, Roger, Jackie and Terry Bell.
He is survived by: his spouse Pelba Parmley; his daughters, Delisa Birchell (Brent) and Kimberly Ramsey (Kenny); his grandchildren, Garion Birchell, Victoria Birchell, Kezia Ramsey and Lydia Ramsey; and his siblings, Paul Bell (Tammy), Jerry Bell (Donna) and Brenda Branscum (Oscar).
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to: Hospice of Lake Cumberland.
