He was predeceased by: his parents, Obie Bell and Clara Bell (Stringer); and his brother Chadwick Bell. He is survived by: his children, Wesley Bell, Obie Bell and Lilly Bell; his brothers, Lynn Bell (Sandy) and Danny Bell (Mary Ina); and his sister-in-law Mary Snow.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel (647 N Main St, Monticello, KY 42633). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
