He is survived by: his sons, Dwight Kendrick, Timothy Kendrick and Gary Kendrick (Connie Lee); his granddaughters, Janice Lewis and Twyla Cohen; and his sister Alice Brent (Greg). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
