He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas "Buster" Fulton and Daisy Fulton (Bertram); and his brother David Fulton. He is survived by: his wife Joann Fulton; his daughter Jennifer Caudill (Christopher); his grandchildren, Andrew Fulton, Matthew Hall (Taylor), Hayden Ball (Jolanne), Haliey Vaughn, Isaiah Lopez and Noah Hunt; his great grandchildren, Hadley Ball and Abel Hall; and his siblings, Thomas, Duke, Todd, Ricky, Danny Fulton, Betty Ferrill, Merry Ramsey, Barbara Hall and Linda Stringer.
