Norma Phillips Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 18, 2024, at the age of 60, Norma Phillips of Monticello, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Vaughn and Sally Vaughn; her former husband Ricky Dick; and her husband Gerald Phillips. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Dick, Susan Dick and Justin Bell; her brothers, Danny Vaughn and Jessie Vaughn; and her grandchildren, Makinzee Piercy, Brianna Brown, Austin Foster, Kali Miller, Alyssa Marshall and Jacob Marshall.
