She was predeceased by: her parents, Siebert J. McNeal and Irene McNeal (Roberts); her husband Packy Thompson; her daughter Patricia Thompson; and her brother James Roberts McNeal.
She is survived by: her children, Janet Wheeler (Dennis) of Monticello, KY and Steve Thompson (Karen) of Wheatley, KY; her granddaughters, Amy Maas (Scott) of Lexington, KY and Alana Thompson of Lexington, KY; her great grandchild Benjamin Maas (McNeal) of Lexington, KY; her caregivers, Patricia Tucker, Brenda Abbott, Tammy Bell and Linda Whited; and her close friend Nancy Gregory. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
