She is survived by: her parents, Howard Baker and Frankie Hoover (Coney); her husband Scott Spradlin; her children, Frank Baker, Travis Taylor (Sumer), Brett Taylor (Nadia), Steven Bell, Bethany Bell (Eduardo), Danielle Bell, Brooklyn Spradlin and Jamie Spradlin; her grandchildren, Karl, Jada, Ireland Baker, Levi, McKenzie, Marcus, Joseph, Jacob, Sierra Baker, Whiskey and Ragnar Bell; and her sisters, Rhonda and Dawn Byland.
