She was predeceased by: her father Lee Crabtree. She is survived by: her mother Emily Maedean (Dishman); her children, Shannon Lee Tzanahua (Morris) and Joseph Kaine Fulton; her grandchildren, Torie Morris (Tommy Scott), Lilliana Zanahua (Nick Barber) and Samuel Zanahua (Alondra Becerra); her siblings, Jerry Crabtree (Kathy), June Humble (Arthur Reynolds) and Dena Guffey (Mike); and her friend Jessie Fulton. She is also survived by many nieces/nephews, aunts/uncles, family, friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel (647 N Main St, Monticello, KY 42633). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
