He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Massengale and June Massengale (Stearns). He is survived by: his wife Karen Massengale; his son Todd Massengale; his stepson Travis Harris (Morgan); his grandson Jack Harris; and his sister Jill Massengale (Tim Hollars).

In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to: American Cancer Society or Glen Massengale FFA Scholarship Fund.
