It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Loyd T. Martin of Monticello, Kentucky, who passed away on February 21, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Lilly Martin (Denney) and George Martin; his wife Edna Martin (Tucker); and his siblings, Logan, Charlie, Luid, Melvin Martin, Martha, Leatrice and Mary Martin.
He is survived by: his children, Johnny Martin, Leca Martin, Glenda Kay Martin and Fredda Doss (Alan); and his grandchild Mackenzie Storm Doss.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home (647 N Main St, Monticello, KY 42633). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Precious Memories Martin Family Cemetery.
