He was predeceased by: his parents, Coolidge Gregory and Gussie Gregory; his former wife Ella Mae Gregory; his wife Josephine Gregory; his children, Tommy Dean Gregory, Jimmy Dale Gregory, Jeffery Lowell Gregory, Polly Kay Gregory, Brian Gregory, Tracy Wayne Gregory and Anita Ann Gregory; and his siblings, Charlie Dean Gregory and Dean Gregory.
He is survived by: his children, Billy Gregory (Tammie), Rhoda Phillips (Denver), Charlie Gregory, Angie Gregory, Loretta Vaughn, Ramona Foster (Joe) and Jack Vaughn (Carolyn); and his siblings, Anna Ruth Vaughn, George Gregory (Ruthie), Betty Trammell and Mac Gregory (Geneva). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren.
