He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin Duncan and Rebecca Duncan of Monticello; his brothers, Cleo, Theo, Ronald Duncan of Kentucky and Bill McCarter of Greensburg; and his daughter Tina Louise Duncan.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Duncan (Rose) of Nashville; his sister Delta L. Duncan of Monticello, KY; his children, Lawrence Duncan (Melissa) of Nashville, Tony Duncan of Columbus, Thomas Duncan (Peggy) of Nashville and Lisa Taylor (Ron) of Nashville; and his grandchildren, Mikel, Matthew, Anthony, Autumn, Kayla, Anthony Jr., Tina, Thomas and Joshua. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
