He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Koger and Altha Koger (Pyles); and his siblings, Paula Sue Koger, Ina Stearns, Moss Norman and Estil Koger.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Koger (Cash); his daughters, Kim Gooch (Randy), Pam Piercy (Donnie) and Misty Ojure (Abram); his grandchildren, Madison Fearneyhough, Chelsey Piercy, Laura Gooch, McKayla Gooch, Sierra Hoskins, Mira Ojure and Mae Ojure; and his great grandchildren, Oliver Hoskins, Crew Fearneyhough and Keaton Webb.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home (647 N Main St, Monticello, KY 42633). A burial was held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Funeral Home Chapel. A memorial service was held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 12:00 PM at 2980 Sandy Valley Rd, Monticello, KY 42633.
